CHARIOT GARAGE SYSTEM - including Car washout, Stock Control and Service History. When a car comes in for a service the systems records and charges both time and material used is the service. This in-turn is linked to the sales ledger.

NEPOS2000 - Computerised scanning till with full Back-0ffice and accounts system. The PC-Till link to the Chariot Accounts. This gives Sales Ledger, Stock Control (including electronic/direct ordering), Purchases and Nominal Ledgers.

Cutter - Is system for Aluminium, uPVC and Timber window fabricators. It calculates and prints an optimised bar-cutting list, glass sizes allowing for pricing and links to a Job-card and accounts software.

Medrex - Consultation record, script printing and practice management system.Vetrex - Veterinary practice management system. It involves a T.B. testing, large and small animal records and accounting modules.

Example of a Bespoke System: The client is a fruit and vegetable distributor in the West of Ireland. The system is a multi-user system allowing for up to twenty five users.

1) Inputting orders using light pens
2) Recording orders, producing a picking list and a delivery docket
3) Giving full product tracking.
4) Full accounting, including invoicing

The CHARIOT system has been installed in a number of sites. Local installations include Galway Truck, DAF Dealers and McSharry Bros Ltd., Isuzu Dealers.

We are at present involved in a project, using biometrics (finger-print technology) to record attendance recording in a college. This records the attendance of all students, generates reports and automatic prints letter for non-attendance or lack of homework.
